International Sales Manager
Full-time (40 hours per week)
The Role
As International Sales Manager, you will join our International Sales Department in Helmond and report directly to the Business Manager International Sales.
Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth across assigned countries and industries by managing key accounts, agents, partners, and importers. Through building strong international partnerships and providing technical expertise, you will play a vital role in expanding Spirotech’s global presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tactical and operational sales and marketing plans for assigned regions and accounts.
- Guide, train, and support agents, partners, and importers to ensure optimal performance.
- Negotiate and finalize annual contracts and agreements within established authorization levels.
- Identify new business and product opportunities in close cooperation with customers and prospects.
- Represent Spirotech at international trade fairs, conferences, and networking events.
- Provide first-line technical advice and product training to agents, partners, importers, and key accounts.
- Conduct market research to support country strategies and business development activities.
- Monitor payment performance and assess the financial reliability of agents and partners.
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM reporting, including quotations, contracts, and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with Customer & Sales Support to secure optimal order handling and lead follow-up.
Candidate Profile
- You have completed a relevant commercial or technical education (e.g. Business Administration, International Business, Mechanical Engineering).
- Several years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably within HVAC or a related technical industry.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong affinity with technical products and solutions.
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis.
