Spirotech bv is engaged in the development and production of innovative total solutions for the conditioning of liquids in HVAC and process installations. Spirotech products reduce malfunctions and wear. This reduces maintenance, improves efficiency and reduces energy consumption.

Spirotech is seen worldwide as the specialist in its field. Due to the focus on quality, product development and process improvement, Spirotech products are recommended by leading manufacturers of installation components.

Spirotech currently employs about 200 people, 150 of whom work from the head office in Helmond (The Netherlands). Production takes place in Helmond and various (staff) departments are also located there, such as Finance, HR, IT, Production, Sales Support, Customer Service, Innovation, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing. Spirotech has its own sales offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and China. In many other countries we work with selected partners.

On January 1, 2022, Spirotech took over the Austrian family business EDER. The two family businesses have been working together for more than ten years. All pressurization activities and approximately 90 employees of EDER Heizung (service) and Anton EDER (production and sales) became part of Spirotech EDER.

The North American and Canadian markets are served by Spirotherm Inc .; a separate group. In addition, Spirotech is represented by an extensive network of selected importers in more than 65 countries.

Technical Sales Support Representative
(fulltime)

The job

In your role of Technical Sales Support Representative you are able to contribute to create and maintain the ease of doing business for customers ensuring smooth sales team operations. Your main task is to provide support to the Sales Team, including the Business Manager and to the customer and prospect queries. You should be able to interpret technical issues, sales metrics and be goal-oriented.

Key tasks & responsibilities

Sales Support & Sales

  • Answers phone calls and emails from customers and deals with product data, price, project and offer requests.
  • Creates and processes project/product offers in a timely fashion for specials and new customers or no year agreement.
  • Review and follow up on pending offers and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Build relationship management with the purchase & estimating departments of distributors and contractors.
  • Support the process of setting project and yearly agreements with customers made by sales.
  • Commissioning and warranty co-ordination and management.
  • Project management through from order through to commissioning and after sales service which includes suppliers, through the supply chain to the end user so dealing at all levels.
  • Generates and processes (new) sales leads as necessary.
  • Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates and partners..

Technical & Service support

  • Answering/making technical calls regarding issues/questions relating to units on site.
  • Technically asses HVAC designs and produce product schedules along with full quotation.
  • Understand error reporting on products when concerning warranty calls.
  • Speak to consultants advising on design queries and schedules.
  • Project management from order placed through to delivery finishing at aftersales delivery such as commissioning and warranty.
  • Raise purchase orders for warranty and commissioning claims.
  • Organise and manage the attendance of service partners for warranty calls

Reporting

  • Manage sales tracking reports and report on important information.
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
  • Keeping track of sales targets and sales trends.

Your Profile

  • You have completed an intermediate vocational education.
  • Technical affinity.
  • Experience in the field of sales support.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, in the English language.
