Spirotech bv is engaged in the development and production of innovative total solutions for the conditioning of liquids in HVAC and process installations. Spirotech products reduce malfunctions and wear. This reduces maintenance, improves efficiency and reduces energy consumption.

Spirotech is seen worldwide as the specialist in its field. Due to the focus on quality, product development and process improvement, Spirotech products are recommended by leading manufacturers of installation components.

Spirotech currently employs about 200 people, 150 of whom work from the head office in Helmond (The Netherlands). Production takes place in Helmond and various (staff) departments are also located there, such as Finance, HR, IT, Production, Sales Support, Customer Service, Innovation, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing. Spirotech has its own sales offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and China. In many other countries we work with selected partners.

On January 1, 2022, Spirotech took over the Austrian family business EDER. The two family businesses have been working together for more than ten years. All pressurization activities and approximately 90 employees of EDER Heizung (service) and Anton EDER (production and sales) became part of Spirotech EDER.

The North American and Canadian markets are served by Spirotherm Inc .; a separate group. In addition, Spirotech is represented by an extensive network of selected importers in more than 65 countries.

Senior Sales Support Representative
(fulltime)

The job

In your role of Senior Sales Support Representative you are able to contribute to create and maintain the ease of doing business for customers ensuring smooth sales team operations. Your main task is to provide support to the Sales Team and to the customer and prospect queries. You should be able to interpret technical issues, sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills.

Key tasks & responsibilities

Sales Support & Sales

  • Answers phone calls and emails from customers and deals with product data, price, project and offer requests.
  • Creates and processes project/product offers in a timely fashion for specials and new customers or no year agreement.
  • Review and follow up on pending offers and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Build relationship management with the purchase & estimating departments of distributors and contractors.
  • Ability to input the correct information into CRM for Pricing descriptions etc.
  • Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for account statuses and relevant problems.
  • Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with product portfolio and product data and ensure customers and sales team is on board.
  • Supports Sales with review, update and enrich CRM data.
  • Support the process of setting project and yearly agreements with customers made by sales.
  • Collects and analyses relevant sales information and puts it into an easily readable format and manage an accessible file system for sales team.
  • Commissioning and warranty co-ordination and management.
  • Handle administrative duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings and conferences.
  • Expedite requests for rush orders and alter sales orders and shipping data as needed.
  • Office management.
  • Project management through from order through to commissioning and after sales service which includes suppliers, through the supply chain to the end user so dealing at all levels.
  • Liaising with suppliers for project deliveries with multiple deliveries
  • Takes full responsibility for the orders making sure these orders are checked before handing back to customer service dept for process by that department.

Sales

  • Generates and processes (new) sales leads as necessary.
  • Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates and partners.
  • Suggest sales process improvements.
  • Monitoring customer accounts.
  • Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary.
  • External contact with customers through the supply chain at all levels is a pre-requisite of the role.

Reporting

  • Manage sales tracking reports and report on important information.
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
  • Keeping track of sales targets and sales trends.
  • Perform data entry duties with regard to sales figures, metrics and other key data.
  • Manage contract support systems and report
  • Due to the external contacts has the ability to gain market information that is fed back to the Business manager for inclusion in country reporting.

Your Profile

  • You have completed an intermediate vocational education.
  • Commercial affinity.
  • Experience in the field of sales support.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM and MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and written, in the English language.
