About Spirotech

Spirotech bv is engaged in the development and production of innovative total solutions for the conditioning of liquids in HVAC and process installations. Spirotech products reduce malfunctions and wear. This reduces maintenance, improves efficiency and reduces energy consumption.

Spirotech is seen worldwide as the specialist in its field. Due to the focus on quality, product development and process improvement, Spirotech products are recommended by leading manufacturers of installation components.

Spirotech currently employs about 200 people, 150 of whom work from the head office in Helmond (The Netherlands). Production takes place in Helmond and various (staff) departments are also located there, such as Finance, HR, IT, Production, Sales Support, Customer Service, Innovation, Purchasing, Sales and Marketing. Spirotech has its own sales offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and China. In many other countries we work with selected partners.

The North American and Canadian markets are served by Spirotherm Inc .; a separate group. In addition, Spirotech is represented by an extensive network of selected importers in more than 65 countries.

Field marketing manager (fulltime)

What can you expect from your position?

You are responsible for all marketing activities in support of the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will work closely together with the Business- and Sales managers who are responsible for the customers in this region. A region with a large customer base and serious growth ambitions. You will also regularly call on our colleagues from TEC (Technical Expertise Centre) and Product Management. You will map out sales areas and translate the commercial strategy into tactical and operational tools to support sales. Now and then you visit local customers together with your sales colleagues. You will take care of everything needed to make the booth stand out from our competitors. You will be based in Düsseldorf or Helmond.

Our organisation has a new strategy: 'To become the first choice of customers in the heating and cooling industry by offering our expertise in system water quality and maximising the comfort of the end-user'. Sounds exciting, is exciting...

In your role as Field Marketing Manager, you will further develop this positioning and help us to realise this ambition. Your task is to translate the strategy into a realistic marketing plan and to set measurable goals and action plans. From time to time, you will also focus on market research and you will identify and develop initiatives that contribute to the growth of sales within your region. You will ensure imaginative marketing campaigns (whether or not in cooperation with external agencies). You regularly carry out marketing (related) projects. You are responsible for the project progress and monitoring of your budget.

  • We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager who thinks in solutions instead of problems. Someone who sees opportunities everywhere and seizes them proactively.
  • You enjoy working with colleagues and have a genuine interest in people. It goes without saying that you are communicative and persuasive.
  • You have all-round working experience at operational, tactical and strategic level - preferably in a B-to-B environment.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in your field.
  • As a professional sparring partner, you dare to take a stand, even if this differs from the majority. Like no other, you know how to convince people.
  • You have experience with project management and are aware of the latest developments in the field of e-marketing and digital marketing tools.
  • You are result-oriented, bring structure into your work and enjoy talking to people.
  • You have a knack for languages. You speak and write excellent German and English. And it would be a bonus if you can speak a bit of Dutch.
