SpiroPlus - Flushing agents and additives

Spirotech supplies total solutions to bring and keep installations and installation fluids in the best possible condition. This also includes SpiroPlus: a range of carefully formulated flushing agents and additives that are the perfect support for the quality preservation of the fluid and the installation itself.

The products from the SpiroPlus range are specifically developed and optimised for use in heating and cooling installations and are KIWA-ATA-certified. The standard range consists of:

SpiroPlus Cleaner (dirt dissolver/flushing agent)
SpiroPlus Cleaner soaks off dirt and deposits. The cleaner is fully soluble in water of 30°C and warmer and does not contain any environmentally hazardous substances. The agent can be used in systems with materials such as steel, brass, copper, plastic, hemp and liquid packing.

SpiroPlus Sealer (leak sealer)
SpiroPlus Sealer seals and prevents leaks. The solution is absorbed in the molecular spaces and forms a protective layer over the entire inside of the installation. SpiroPlus Sealer is an effective product for making installations such as floor heating systems gas-tight. The result is fewer leakages and protection from corrosion.

SpiroPlus LimeCleaner (descaler/flushing agent)
SpiroPlus LimeCleaner is an effective product for removing limescale. It mainly contains acidity regulators and is free from environmentally hazardous substances. You run no risk of damaging any gaskets or membranes inside the machine, just make sure to use the correct ratio of product to water and rinse adequately afterwards.

SpiroPlus AntiFreeze (frost protector)
Most installations do not need to run over winter so it is important to prevent pipes and devices from breaking due to frost. SpiroPlus AntiFreeze is the perfect solution. Thanks to SpiroPlus AntiFreeze, full heating is not required during a period of frost.
